Information Session (6/30/07)
There will be an Information Session; of Kerala Christian Adult Homes, LLC, on July 21, 2007. The meeting will be held at New Hempstead Presbyterian Church Hall, 845 New Hempstead Rd., New City, NY 10956. Meeting will start at 10:00 AM. Ground Breaking Ceremony (5/5/07)
Ground Breaking Ceremony of our project, Kairali Homes, was a grant success. Along with many dignitaries, such as H. E. Mor Titus Yeldho, Archbishop, Malankara Syrian Orthodox Church in North America and Canada; Rt. Rev. Dr. Euyakim Mar Coorilos, Bishop, Marthoma Arch Diocese, North America and Canada; Royse City Mayor - Mr. Jim Mellody; Royse City Manager - Ms. Karen Philippi, about two hundred and fifty to three hundred community members were present in that ceremony. In addition to the KCAH Board Members, a significant number of shareholders were also present with their families. After the public meeting, above listed dignitaries and the KCAH President, Very Rev. Fr. Geevarghese Puthoorkudilil together conducted the ground breaking event which was reported by many community media in U.S./Canada as well as in Kerala, India. A fabulous entertainment program followed this after a break for snacks.
Preliminary Plat is Approved (12/12/06)
On 12th December, 2006, the Preliminary Plat (preliminary design of the project) is approved by Royse city council. We had the approval from Planning and Zoning (P&Z) department of the Royse city, making it easy for the city council to approve it. Few lots in Phase 1A are up for sale. If anyone is interested in buying a house in Phase 1A, this is the best time since one of the discounts is going to expire by December 31st, 2006.

Developers Agreement Approved (6/13/06)
The Royse city council approved our Developer’s Agreement. This is one step ahead in the process of our property being annexed by the Royse city. It is also an important step since it shows that Royse city welcomes us there and will support us in our process of developing our community First General Body Meeting of Kerala Christian Adult Homes I, LP The first partners meeting of Kerala Christian Adult Homes I, LP was held on May 6th 2006 at New Hempstead Presbyterian Church Hall, 845 New Hempstead Rd., New City, NY 10956. It was a very well attended meeting by many of the KCAH partners. The meeting successfully discussed matters related to history of KCAH, by-laws, Kairali construction, finance, sales and marketing and human resource. Partners, in general, expressed their full satisfaction in the amazing progress of the project in all fields. Many of them came to the General Partner, KCAH, Inc. and applauded their great effort. A fundraising was also started for the first phase infra-structure construction in the Kairali project. The details of this fundraising will be sent to all partners soon.
Office Inauguration, March 4th, 2006
On March 4th, 2006, at 3:00 PM, the Kerala Christian Adult Homes inaugurated its office in Royse city in the beautiful new building that exists in its purchased property of 430 acres. A community crowd of about fifty people witnessed this colorful event. Office set up has been done in this location. KCAH Board has decided that all official correspondence should be to the Royse city address that is given in the Contact Information.
