KCAH, Inc. acquired 430 acres of land in Royse City, Texas (near Dallas) and is actively pursuing its first Active Adult Community Project, KAIRALI. Roughly 700 houses and many common amenities, such as clubhouse, chapel, etc.; are in the master plan. A Construction Superintendent position is currently open for immediate appointment:

Position Requirements:

Minimum three years experience in residential home building.

Computer literate and knowledge in scheduling, engineering, conceptual estimating and sub-contract management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Relocation to the site.
